Manufacturers
Established in 1946, January the 21st,
on a beautiful city located at the Brazilian south mountains, Omil
was headed to the exploration of the mechanical activity and
commerce. In 1947, due to great lack after the world war, it had
decided to produce woodworking machines, among others items. Given
the success of the new businesses, the industry installed in 1948
an iron foundry. In 1956, due to the technological development it
adopted the woodworking machines manufacturing its main activity.
Currently Omil´s industrial location
has an area of 11.958 m², and manufactures over 16 quality
machines models, a respectful line of heavy Moulders, Double Face
Planers and Gang Rip Saws and castings of all sizes for third
parties.
In January of 1921 Baldan initiates
its activities, with the maintenance and manufacture of
agricultural machines. Observing the necessity of a log cutting
machine, the brothers Domingos and Nicholas Baldan adapted an
equipment that was later requested for several customers. The
model became popular and conquest customers allover Brazil.
The company introduced many new models
of woodworking machines and invested on modern equipments such as
numeric control machines until the conquest of the conventional
woodworking machines manufacture leadership in Brazil, with
capacity to produce 750 machines per month.

Established in 1978,
Indfema is one of the most experienced genuine Latin American
industries of woodworking tools. Located on an industrial area in Rio
Grande do Sul State, in the
Brazilian south, it has an area of 3.800 m2 exclusively dedicated to
quality tools manufacture.

Leader on conventional Cutter heads
production, the industry has made great investments in the last
years in the Cutter Heads production line, and today is one of the
main companies of the sector. In 2002, Indfema inaugurates the new
line of products: Carbide Tipped Circular Saw Blades, that
today is sold allover Brazil and with ITBG to other countries.
